Try replacing your cleat, sounds like it has worn out. They wear out faster when sailing in salt or sandy beaches.
I rinse mine after evey sesh even though I sail in the river. |

I'm in No. Virginia...Installing rigged "V" spring both in RDM and SDM. Tested in my local lake and it worked!! My North XTs 1.0 have a second life....NO MORE SLIPPING  |

Went to Walmart and bought Permatex threadlocker (blue) instead - So far, so good.
PlasticWeld took too long to arrive. |
