* harness and at least one foot in the footstrap at all times
* push your back hand out if you need to (the opposite of sheeting in)

I put some more time in on the Fanatic today (4.2 at the Event Site)... and I have to admit I rather enjoyed it. Easy to sail, and pretty smooth ride. There is hope for me yet
