Yes, Hood River is ideal but you may have to open up your search. I am sure you can find something between Portland and the Dalles on the OR side and between Vancouver and Bingen on the WA side.

I put some more time in on the Fanatic today (4.2 at the Event Site)... and I have to admit I rather enjoyed it. Easy to sail, and pretty smooth ride. There is hope for me yet Smile
