I hate to say it but there's a level 4 skunked wherein: looks really good, you rig up perfect using your tiny sinker board, you put on your wetsuit, you make it all the way to the middle of the river ...

Probably a case of bad wind.
Yeah, I sometimes get that too, but it's never affected my sailing.

This response is actually for Mr. rtz. Wynsurfer is spot on here. I am
considered a very competent windsurfer. I weigh about 190lbs.
For me, a 9.5 sail is about the most planeable sail I can use ...
