I do nothing special. Living in California I can mostly avoid the gym that I find barely survivable.

A lot of Mountain Biking, 4-5 times a week
A weekly trip to the gym to do light weights, 12 rep ...

Happy new year! Three windsurfers/foilers at the beach, two people out. Very very weak but I foiled a tiny bit with 5.4. I should have been on 6.5 ... next time! Very Happy

Anybody has experience with both Wizards, 2018 and 2020? Is there any difference beside color? They both look same to me.

Yep, the problem is that the Laser will be going at a staggering speed of 5 knots! A Foil will eat a Laser for lunch in any condition when it is actually foiling.

I suggest gasoline, soak the boom and lit it on fire. The grip will melt right off Twisted Evil
