where do you perceive me stroking my ego? just stating the obvious, those that use wave boards in less than optimal spots get mediocre results, no matter what their skill set.

BTW, i use LESS than stock fin sizes on my cross boards and still get upwind easily. 4-6 cm smaller. evidence enough?

in florida i can count the number of days on less than 2 hands when a full blown wave board is the right choice. and, for all the same reasons initially ...
