juno beach pier meter reads high...always subtract 4 mph from its reading.

keep in mind as well: Juno Beach Pier meter is consistently off by 4...always sub 4 from all wind speeds as reported there...e.g., 15-20 reported = 11-16 reality.

i sure hope this decision is reversed, and it's sounds like just another over reaction to an isolated incident. of course, many minor incidents can build up over time, and perhaps this latest inciden ...
