Why not purchase a slingshot foil board? Windance in hood river has a bunch of 135 liter ones for a screaming deal.....and they will fit the slingshot foil without modifications.

I use a single sided adjustable outhaul on all of my sails. I just use two booms so I have an AO on each boom. 3.4 to 5.5. The AO works great, I encourage you to try it out.

If you are going to fuss with the vent screw, take it completely out and put it in the center of the two bolt chinook base....that way you will always remember to put it in the board and tighten it. ...
