I have the dakine primo. Looks like you can put a single or double insert. They've got 3 holes in each end so 2 screws? 
Obviously a newbie question but do they really twist that much with 2 ... |

I just bought the footstraps thinking it would come with everything.
Do I need an anti twist as well? |

Machine screws need metal inserts and screw threads, and you have the board in front of you.
Otherwise the special screws can be used instead? Kind of a swirl thread?

Plastic inserts, #12 sheetmetal stainless.
Is it not a machine screw?
I seem to find they are M6 and 1 1/8" |

I have the dakine adjustable lines, which I think are 26 max but seem to measure 28. They still feel like 1" too short.

9,10,11 sails?!
What is your average local wind speed?
With those size sails you'd be better off moving to foiling and a smaller sail.
