My wife was sailing from the Hatchery and had her rig separate from her board near the Oregon side around noon on June 26.
6/28 UPDATE: THE BOARD WAS FOUND BUT NOT THE RIG.

She couldn't swim fast enough to chase down the board so she swam to shore ...

Also a Starboard Kode 80 in mechanically sound but cosmetically flawed condition (yellow epoxy used for sugar coat) for $200.

I have an older Chinook carbon boom with water trapped in the boom arms.

Any ideas on how I can get it out? (I've tried just leaving it out in the sun to heat it up, that doesn't do much).

I did go to Windance to get my boom regripped.

The cost is quite a bit higher than estimated in this thread though for those who care to know.

It's $120 for regular or $140 for cork. I went for ...
