Thanks for the thoughts so far. I plan to sail this in pretty flat water with onshore winds mostly. The water is pretty shallow coming in towards shore - shallow fins a plus.

my simple suggestion of making a 10'5" or 10'8" that is 73 cm wide has gone nowhere.
Exactly...but start with the 11'5 and work back from there.......same rocker lines, same rails, 160- ... |
