Once your pupil is able to stand on the board and hold the sail, he will probably be blown down wind with no skill to return.

Unless, of course, he has a good, trained instructor and decent conditions.

Who trains the instructor's instructor? SNIP

If you paid attention to things other than gazing at your own navel, you might know that there exist many instructor trainers and master instructor trainers certified by U.S. Sailing.

More personally offensive non-sense from the wrong side of the tracks. Hey dan, do you have a certification tatoo? That would go over big down at the beach. Teach a friend? Bring him down to the launch and have him watch the rigging for starters. Once he learns that, he won't need you or any of the officious morons that partake in this sport.

Brucie, shall I post my updated list of "officious morons that partake in this sport"?

It now has a few more of your aliases, one of which lasted less than an hour.

No certification tattoo (please note the proper spelling).

Brilliant. Once a person learns to rig they can never benefit from a certified windsurfing instructor. I must remind you that you asked the question of who trains the instructors.

That's all for now. Off to supplement my overpowered 4.0 morning at the Hatchery for an afternoon session.
