Where to sail near Ocean City MD

I sail usually in central NJ, but I'm heading down to Ocean City MD for the weekend. I expect to get out today.

Does anyone have advice on where best to windsurf nearby? I usually sail bayside, and I think the wind forecast is low 20 ish out of the S, SE. I know people sail at Dewey Beach, but; that's a bit far and I'd like a spot near the hotel.

Any advice here is much appreciated.
