Wider, pancake thin boards plane off early and handle chop well. They do not like being jumped way high and landed flat. Single divinicyl (PVC foam) ones for sure snap with high jumps and careless landings. Double PCV foam ones take more abuse. Jumping for a more flat trajectory helps lots too.

Pete,
I don't think I'll ever jump as high as you.

I would look into the RRD FSW 111 V2
... http://www.robertoriccidesigns.com/WOL/WOL-FSW_LTD.pdf
Another board that you might want to look into is the Tabou 3s 107
http://www.windsurfing-direct.com/product-p/2008tabou3s.htm
It has a half naked chick on it so it must be a good board! Wink

The 2005 DaCurve has three girls on it - it must be three times as good!

This is what I was riding just over a week ago in Los Barriles. 2010 JP Twinzer wave 92 with a The Fly 4.8m sail. Nice combo. But my favorite board was the 2010 75l JP single fin wave. Fast and slashy.
Here are the boards I was riding over my vacation.

Jerry,
I think you could sail a piece of driftwood better than I could sail any of these.

Every time I visit my parents in chatham I'm jealous of your abilities and the great sailing spots out there.

Now your going international? Damn.
