We were all sorry to hear of Charlie's passing. The heart of windfest for sure.
Regarding reservations. If you are going to use that RV then you will want to make a reservation. Go to the website and check the campground map. You'll want something set back along the canal for access to the water with windsurfing gear, but not on the point as with any northerly winds, you'll be rocking through the night more than you want to take credit for. Or not. Depending on size, some of those sites on the west side get kind of tight due to low limbs etc. The folks on the phone will help choose. Easter is the week before, but really begins the arrival of a number of RVs that will be staying for awhile either for wind, surf, fish or all of the above. See you there, RC NY30 |
