iW... this is a "paid service."
The first word means we have every reason to expect to get something resembling the second.
And interestingly, posts regarding the past few days of West coast sensors all being down are gone from the forum. I guess that means the outages never happened? 
Deleting posts of those who expect reliable service doesn't change the basic consumer truism, nor the repercussions of failing to adhere to it. |
