Numbers aside, I got way overheated Wed & Thur in a neoprene dry suit. Despite bare feet and hands and many crashes, I had to drop in, duck my head, and let a little water down my neck to avoid going ashore and getting less suit. Only after removing my silicone skullcap for a full head flush and removing my ankle straps to let water enter the suit legs could I tolerate the dry suit. I prefer to conserve energy by using insulation rather than fuel keep me warm, but sailing in an oven is just too much. Don't sweat the numbers; just try it when the opportunity arises.

Eflatminor,
That was the report I was looking for! I had found it in the past, just wasn't sure where! Still a little chilly for me, but my sailing buddy Mark has volunteered to go and give me his in person report from Bob's when he has a windy day off.
