| Pretty funny here. I work for a non-profit land conservancy in Truckee and we recently acquired Waddle Ranch, a big cattle ranch in Martis Valley. EVERYONE, except us, and the Waddle family, calls it Waddell. I've even had people call and say the sign that says "to Waddle Ranch" is misspelled and it should be Waddell. |

Technically yes. There's a 350-acre lake/marsh/pond.
The point on the east end works with a SW wind but needs a minus tide and a big groundswell from the dateline to really fire. |
