Rowing clubs use log books, to keep track of who is out.
Why not a white board on the shore that you sign out and sign in on.
Really simple - Josh (maybe a phone #), time in 11am, time out 3pm. done.
The ranger can then check the white board for missing persons.
Radios are still the best, but apparently people don't use them. |
