I heard the death panels will be focussing on angry old curmudgeons who constantly complain about the system.
iso frothing about his $78 sandwich wrote: | …while passing through in the mid '80s the ranger expected me to pay her $78 to enter the park to eat my sandwich on a calm day. I can't eat my sandwich because there's no sign saying, "Mike can eat his sandwich", yet these yokels won't enforce federal laws? Who ever heard of the federal government failing to enforce its own laws?
I explained that I was there only to eat my sandwich, see the lake for the first time, and be on my way within 15 minutes. The wind speed and forecast were zero mph from any direction. The park was nearly empty. The ranger still demanded $78.
You guys are so accustomed to such nonsense that you not only tolerate it, you VOTE for it, then have the gall to not only start a whole thread whining about it, but whine when a conservative voice whines about your whining and about having to pay the same government you're whining about $78 to eat his own Ficking sandwich.
However, unless CA's absolutely mind-boggling general paradigm has changed since a state trooper prompted me to leave CA permanently 20 years ago by ordering me to put down my sandwich and move on because "If a sign doesn't say you can, you cannot"
I never got to eat that sandwich in peace. |
May he rest in peace!

Exceeding lifetime insurance limits only happen to other people. You know, the lazy self entitled crowd. Not us. |
