As they say "You Just Don't Know Until You Go" This is an Event Not To Be Missed!!!

San Carlos Wave, Freestyle and SUP Clinics in conjunction with the Windsport Magazine Gear Tests OCT 7th -15th and 15th-22nd:
The first stop on the party train will be Punta San Carlos on the Pacific side to run 2, week long WaveSailing / Freestyle and SUP Clinic with Solosports Adventure Holidays
October 7th- 15th and 15th-22nd. There is still plenty of room in the clinics with both Fly In and Van In options ($2500/$1900). The week long adventure includes transport to and from San Diego, Accommodations, Windsurf Gear, Surf and SUP Boards, Full Suspension Mountain Bikes, All Your Meals 'n Snacks and our personal favorite... an OPEN BAR! Stocked with as many icy cold Pacifico's as you can drink. We will have 7 days of top notch instruction that will include 2 hours of on-land instruction each morning, followed by radio helmet assisted on-water instruction and video analysis of your best waves after dinner.

San Carlos is our favorite spot in the world to windsurf and the easiest place to learn how to wave sail. (The Mountain Biking and SUP conditons are top notch to). The waves are slow and crumbly with a deep bottom so it is really hard to get munched or break gear. The Side Offshore winds make it so you DO NOT have to be a good surfer to keep speed on the wave, instead when you turn down the line you are on a broad reach so you have tons of power in your sail. Also, Side Off winds mean that you can ride a half mile down wave and make it all the way back up to your starting point in one reach, no tacking back and forth. Not to mention the wave is 7-8 bottom turns long so you get a lot of practice on a single wave. All that and the fact that San Carlos is so remote means crowds are not an issue, usually it is just Tyson, me and your fellow campers in the water. Whatever your level from barely jibing to the seasoned wave sailor, San Carlos is THE place to become a better wave sailor. So come on down and hang with us Oct 7th to 15th or 15th to 22nd

Heck ya buddy. Sweet you are heading down. We might go check out the 7 Sisters or Abre afterwards. JP says the long long long range forecast is a big south brewing two weeks from now. Perfect timing.
