It's an Accelerator, circa 1998. WSMag categorized it as a race/slalom board, very narrow and sharp-railed, and rated its ding resistance as a 1 on a scale of 10. I.e., in the hands of a mere intermediate to advanced sailor, it should come with a box of fiberglass, resin, sandpaper, a repair book, and a case of Steinlager.

Ya they look alot like the ATV's a couple of my buddies rode at Rio Vista for a couple years. They looked cool but the ride was out of control for me which was kinda weird because for me, STILL riding my Ultra Mamba never had any problem with anyone passing me and a blast playing in the bumps. And yes, I could S turn with the back foot in the strap no problem which seems to be a part of your criteria for a good board. I really wouldn't want to do it any other way.
BTW I almost spit salad on my screen at work this afternoon when I got to the "Steinlager" part of your post!
