If not clicking on every link somebody posts here defines a buffoon, then I'm a buffoon.
But that doesn't make your assymetrical fin statement true. |

By not clicking on the opening link in a thread , is selective reading.
YOU can't make a subjective or for that matter any contribution to the discussion .
The fact that others have started to make , fins with toe in and asymmetrical foils says everything to support me, and thats the link you posted

Then I'm also guilty of unintentional selective reading. Oh, the horrors!. But at least when I post something untrue, I admit it once I find out about it.
And congrats for posting the most arrogant statement I've ever seen online. To put it into perspective, the only more arrogant two statements I've ever seen or heard ended two Air Force captains' careers. |

Is that all? The way that I see it, you owe Brian Hinde a public apology for the inappropriate comments made about him in your initial post. |

Who do we believe ... an anonymous internet dood or two guys who are not only household names in our sport but who actually reveal their real identity. Wow ... imagine the courage that requires!
No wonder so many people fear data mining; they're afraid to open their activity and comments to public scrutiny. |
THIS is your post: U2 is apparently unaware of.....
My entire post is contingent on reading the link in my first post, to follow the thought process. You jump on the bandwagon and post where you surmise the discussion is going.. imagine the courage that requires.
You totaly ignore the fact that I in FACT DO know about K4 and is the WHOLE reason for the thread
K4 have the new fin which has toe of either 1 or 2 degree, out this year.
These basically are the same fin foil, without toe, that I have used on multi fins ( and not alone , many others) since 2007.
The addition of the bonzer asymmetrical statement by me, was meant to cover the entire range of multi fin possibilities. And I did not consider the bonzers of the semi recent past, so on that front I did not consider them, overlooked or whatever.
I still would like to know where/who makes them for sale today ?
My remarks were meant to include the production boards of today, not pre Mayflower. _________________ K4 fins

Oh, so now only production boards count? How do you define "production"? Bonzers were produced by GA through 2004, and are still made today by Cascade under license from GA. Besides, it was you, not I, who extended your statement to include Bonzers.
And my deepest sympathies that you are unable to control the path of threads you start. Life's a bitch sometimes.

Quote: | That's a lie, and a very personal one with bearing on other people. I've known Brian casually for over 20 years, and think very highly of him. Zero axes there, and your accusation to the contrary is a despicable false witness on him and me. I have also honestly and sincerely praised his products online and in WSing gear test magazine reviews, reserving any proven criticisms (NO board is perfect) to a small handful of people who earnestly sought my detailed advice one on one. Your accusation that any of my opinions of Brian or his gear are tainted by ulterior motive, personal animosity, or any of the other disingenuous implications of the term "axes to grind" is ignorant, vile, and totally false and insults both Brian and me.
It sure as hell doesn't speak well for you, either. |
I think it's quite to the contrary Mike. Your slanderous accusations of:
Quote: | "Open Ocean later simply copied the GA Bonzer cant angle shamelessly (and illegally) because it works." |
...certainly ring with a Quote: | "ignorant, vile, and totally false and insults both Brian and me."
It sure as hell doesn't speak well for you, either. |
