A 150 ltr board is going to be too big for those high wind days, but
from the entire description you posted, that is exactly what I would look
for.
I think for lake sailing in your area with your wind speeds, you'll be
displeased with 130 ltrs, and trying to make a 130ltr board work in
big chop with a 25 MPH wind is not going to be particularly easy.
Almost nobody I know is a one board guy, in your described conditions.
The physics is just incontrovertible.
Like everybody else has intimated, you'll want something smaller
eventually.
