Wait, is this thread "Where We Sailed Today" or "Where We Sailed 30 Years Ago"?
I always get them confused. |

or you could just rig a 4.7 and launch SQ Beach...no nasty rocks, no brown water slog, no triple tack upwind hula, just straight out to the ramps. |
Is this launch open to inmates only? |

TI was great yesterday on the ebb with a 5.2 and my 84liter board. Lots of people were out, I think it was too windy for America's Cup.

Lots of happy faces - steady wind and a lot less choppy than Sunday when the Cal Sailing sailboat "regatta" created moguls rather than the usual swell. |

Koogz', you are joking or inquiring?
Don't you know that little piece of haven called PSQ?
it's a secret so well guarded that people keep cutting their feet at the launch on the other side of the prison!
though to be fair, you do need to go upwind and at times there is a big wind shadow right in front. Lastly the wind can be stronger upwind from larkspur.
I'll be happy to explain more about the spot (I lived over 2 years there.) |

Natural Bridges delivered the wind today. Beautiful day! 4.2 to 5.8 depending on sailor size and board selection. Wind about 25 mph average and up and down from there. Nine sailors out at one time and a tenth one went out when all of the others had come in. |

I thought the ebb session at TI today was pretty freaking spectacular. |

If you like nice 4.7 EBB conditions, plenty of small ramps, and sun, then the North Tower was the place to be on Tuesday. |

Tuesday ebb also very good at 3rd Ave, some nice fat rollers moving through. A shame not many people out enjoying the after work session. Eddy or whatevahs is gone. Recolonize 3rd! _________________ Carve the face! |
