How they handle these defects does indeed vary… and, yes, Fanatic's representation was less than stellar in this instance (and i did not try to represent otherwise).

There should be no questions whatsoever regarding Boardsports handling
Of this issue. They are a top shelf shop and there contributions to the watersports and customer satisfaction is commendable. Gman.

Is un achievable. There will always be bad eggs don't blame the farmer.
I just happen to get one bad board out of thousands. |
