Maybe I'm way behind the curve on this? I know that some of you swear by Curtis fins, especially the weeders. No US distribution as far as I can tell though.

the price is quoted in EUROs with VAT (Value added Tax) added, for export to the USA they should subtract the VAT, shipping and fin should be approx the quoted price.
I order from the UK or Europe when they have it and we dont. I have never had any customs charge for boards, fins, booms. _________________ K4 fins

Hey Dennis, if you're thinking about the Delta, I would recommend the MFC "Weed San Carlos". It's wave-oriented, but both Debi & I have had excellent results with them, both in B & J and regular lawn mowing use. DWC should have them in stock, too. _________________ Spennie the Wind Junkie

I don't know if this helps, but they have a Canadian distributor:

Spennie, why does my wallet feel lighter when I read you posts? LOL. Yes, an SC Weed could be in my future. First time I saw them I thought Why doesn't everybody make something like this? No real weed/reed problems here till September, though, so no hurry. I posted this for the Curtis fans, as his weeders are much sought after. Beautiful looking fins, no? Hopefully, quality is up to Curtis' standards. |

Yes, they do look nice. I've owned several Curtis fins in the past, and actually met him once at Lake Hodges. _________________ Spennie the Wind Junkie
