Now if we could get free parking , empty swim areas, and less traffic, that would be perfect. But not complaining, my favorite thing is not having to wear all my cold weather gear....

Not to rub it in or anything, but Hatteras has warm water, free parking, empty beaches, and a laid back feel (once you get through Nags Head and over the Bonner Bridge). Oh, and it's windy as $&*#^ in the summer!! Check out today's meter readings below.
