You can try LA. Yes, Los Angeles.
Road bikes, mountain bikes, and the San Bernadino's for skiing.
Winds come thru after rains, so W winds and onshore, but there's a chance for NE Santa Ana's.

Yes indeed. Local skiing 2-3 hours away. Some people ski in the morning and surf in the afternoon. Bike for miles next to the ocean from Malibu to Pt. Mugu. Ocean windsurfing the summer months on thermals and winter months on clearing winds. Not the cheapest place to live depending on where in LA you want to settle.

That settles it, Joe. You're moving to LA.

I have personally done the windsurf one day - ski the next day - bike the next day thing several times in LA.

And all 3 were usually surprisingly good!

Baldy and Bear are surprisingly good skiing/boarding, with Summit good for boarding and in my days, GreenValley for boarding.
Windsurfing might be 5 days a month, so you have to be flexible and able to handle strong SantaAna's at Huntington/Bolca areas.
Biking, it's crowded, hot, lots of traffic so I won't vote for that in LA. However, tons of great trails up I-5 area, and most within 2 hours drive.
Then again, you can always surf Topanga or 'bu with 89 of your best friends.

My favorite place for skiing is France as there are beautiful places where you can have beautiful resorts, mountains & slopes for trying various types of skiing. Every time in Christmas vacations I go there with my family and friends for skiing. If you have not tried it you should definitely try location ski st lary .
