Let's try the question this way.

iW's error messages say the only way we can access their daily wind plots via iwap* is with a Wireless Web or Gold ($180/year, all the bells and whistles) membership. My WW membership somehow got changed to a monthly Pro Plan which the message says does not allow access to wind data. Their website provides no way to get WW membership.

* I realize that some of you don't use WAP, but I find it much faster, cleaner, and easier than a www site. It has worked great for a decade, until a couple of days ago.

If anyone here is getting iWAP access from a Pro account, please let me know as it means my error message is wrong and the problem may be fixable from here.

If anyone can point me to a way to get back my WW membership online, please let me know. This website claims it's straightforward, but the path they suggest offers only Plus, Pro, and Gold memberships ... no mention of WW. The closest I've found yet is this FAQ, which does not work as advertised:

3. How do I upgrade from FX to Wireless Web Membership?
To upgrade, simply log in with your FX username and password (they will not change after you upgrade), click on the Membership Tab, then click on WIRELESS WEB MEMBERSHIP. Once you complete your new order for Wireless Web membership, we will prorate the remaining time on your FX membership as credit on your member account, and then we will start your new Wireless Web membership.

As hoped, posting here has solved the problem. iW/Weatherflow spotted the threads, quickly responded, explained that they had not received any of my requests for help via Contact Us and Support, gave me multiple excellent corrective options, and will probably have my iWAP access back this morning. After a three-day nightmare with Dish Network and a few medical setbacks, this has been a highlight in my last six months.
