|
|
Hi everyone, hope you're well!
Sadly I have to miss the swap meet this year, which is a total bummer because I really want to buy a board! Anyone selling a board that's around 135 to 145 Liters and at least 70 cm wide?
I'm looking for something to keep learning on -- I just learned to waterstart and can use harness/footstraps, but can't jibe yet -- and don't want to break the bank (e.g. $250 - $450 would be great).
Thanks so much, and I hope everyone has an awesome swapmeet.
Best,
Brenden

Brenden:
send me your email address if you are still looking. i have a friend with a lightly used Bic that would fit the bill.

Brenden,
I have a 2011 RRD Fireride (135l) that could suit your needs well. It was the first board I bought after using rental gear for the initial season. It worked very well for me to progress on. Twin fin makes it very stable, not prone to spin out and you can sail in shallower water (e.g., Palo Alto).
Private message me if you're interested. I'm on the Peninsula.

Giving this a bump as the swap is next Saturday!
Don't forget to bring those odd half masts we all have laying around swap buy or sell who knows you might get a great backup mast.

Hey,
I will definitively come tomorow but I don't see much wind on the weather forecast
Looks like 10 knots on iwdinsurf and windguru, maybe I am missing something ?

It might be windy. Then again it might not.
