The Lake Washington Longboard racing will start again the first Thursday in May & run through the end of July. Come on out & race starting Thursday, May 7 @ 6 pm.

Yes. You don't need to be a member to race. No entry fee, just informal beer can races. Or bottles.

I did some of these races last year. Fun local WS action and access to a sailing club without having to join. This is the only inland valley WS race series around. Low-key racing with brew afterwards. (BYOB) Lets support Coach's efforts and get some boards out on the water. |

Sounds like fun. Will the race rules allow unlimited pumping or be more dinghy style? |

Pump your head off although last year we had many low to mid teen days so pumping was not necessary.

My dogs will stay home.
Paco and Tule make most of
the Windsurfer Fleet 18 longboard
races at Ryan Park in Foster City.
The marine Frisco air is cool and I
have shade there. |
