Whats the latest status on the No Motor Zone in the harbor at Cabrillo beach in SoCal? Any opinions on whether this is a good thing? |

The Port Police and Lifeguards now appear to be enforcing the zone, which is delineated with bouys. For the most part, the jet skiers are obeying the zone. More signage is needed, and its likely that a police or lifeguard presence will be needed for the next few months. The Port has not decided whether the zone is a permanent fixture, however.
