Hey,
Anybody knows about WS clinics happening this summer (or even private lessons) in the Gorge area? I'm an intermediate level guy looking to polish my style, get into more advanced moves, meet other windsurfers, and have fun. Please let me know...

Check out the Big Winds windsurf lessons page at:
http://www.bigwinds.com/wind/lessons
They have windsurfing clinics called "progression sessions" planned for this summer that might be just what you're looking for (scroll down the lessons page). In fact, it looks like there is one scheduled for this Saturday 5/23. They do private lessons also.
Have fun!

I am signed up for the abk clinic 7-6 through 7-10. Super stoked for this.
My ws hasn't really improved in 4 years. Never tried a clinic nor had a lesson so this should be fun and useful. I emailed them to see if there's a clinic for my wife at the same time. She'd like to learn to jibe and start jumping.
Op, What are you hoping to learn? I like the week-long format. Pretty sure there isn't much anyone could teach a knucklehead like me in an hour.

I didn't know that there was an ABK clinic in Hood River, that's great! Unfortulately I cannot commit to a full week, maybe in a few years
My goal is to learn some aereal maneuvers, but I am sure that there is a ton of stufff that I could learn and improve... Whyatt's clinics also seem a good idea...

Juan,
After finding out that you sailed in these conditions in January you have the basics more than down. Tyson Poor or Wyatt Miller might be able to teach you loops, freestyle or wave sailing. I don't know if they teach in the gorge during summer.
