When you find it, buy your plot then let me know. I've been actively seeking such a spot for over 20 years. Even my few constraints like being in the lower 48 and being the best sailing venue nearby so I seldom have to drive -- I haven't even considered the price yet -- have kept me stymied. Two possibilities fizzled awreddy once the facts emerged. My next best solution so far is Winnebago + iW. |
