Well, this weekend was kind of a bust

NOAA's marine forecast for Saturday had, in theory, decent size surf. The outer Cape had some of crappiest short period stuff I've seen in a long time.

Sunday's small craft warnings never really seemed to pan out except for when I got home and started raking leaves.

Oh, dear moving on. Things are looking up for Friday afternoon. I can already see that a doctor's appointment might be required!

We were in Hatteras for 2 weeks, and stopped at the WET Fall regatta on the way back. Just arrived home yesterday evening. Did not even look at the meters this morning, otherwise I might be on the water right now. But it's a pretty safe bet were we'll be Friday afternoon, and maybe Thursday.
