Well, not every site. The ebb session at TI weds was about as good as it gets. 4.0-4.5 and chest-high buttery smooth swell inside.

Glad you had a great day. How's access to the launch?

Sunday Isabel. It was like the Indy 500 but with bumps on the track. All the power you could ever want. The limiting factor was nerve!

Sunday Berkeley - well powered on 5.5 at 1:40 PM. Then wind rose and got even more interesting. Nine straight Ducks: quack, quack, quack, quack, quack, quack, quack, quack, quack!
Go Warriors!

It was a long bumpy ride there and back, but the zone just downwind of the line between G3 and the point was really working this afternoon.
Major bluntage.

I sailed at (from?) TI both Sunday and today. Absolute Nukefest at Blunt. Nice beach-swell above TI ("Area 51") today. On a 4.7 and 5.0, respectively.
Come on out, the parking is abundant (Friday-Sunday) and the water never ending.

The cove is open Friday ~4pm through Sunday. & Holidays. Parking is at the north end of Ave I.
The gate is closed weekdays during Navy cleanup operations so folks have been launching from the pipes @end of 13th Street. Problems, I mean "challenges" with that site include no clear view of wind conditions and a ~10 min "walk" along the riprap to the windline. And the walk can be a major cardio workout on strong flood tides.
Regardless of where you jump in, bring a radio and sail safe!
