there are a lot of cheap ones on eBay. Adventure sports seems to have a lot of used ones.

I think Neil prydes got the reputation to not last even though they were expensive. People equated high price to quality, but it just wasn't there. the company was spending a lot in marketing and sponsoring, but not on designing new materials.
You thought you had a mercedes, but it was built like a chevy. Wink

As mentioned above, Adventure Sports Miami sells them. Also Big Winds. Hood River and Wind Spirit in Canada.

I blew out two 2008 Zones this season when hit by large waves-- 15 feet at 15 seconds-- both times, but I am not sure that any sail would withstand that kind of energy. The NP rdm mast survived unscathed.

I keep wanting to switch to another brand but am too deeply invested in NP sails and masts. Confused

I used to sail NP sails . But over the years to me, they have priced themselves out of business. The average windsurfer will not pay $800 or $900 for a sail.
I've gone over to Naish, which have been very durable, and if you hunt around can be purchased reasonably. Also my NP skinny masts seem to work fine on my Naish session sails. The top maybe be a bit floppy, but I like that.

I was in South Padre in April. One day, there were 18 people sailing from the launch site. 17 were on Ezzy sails and one guy on N.P. The guy on the other sail said " it was me and Ezzybody else out there" Like posted, they are expensive and didn't last very long for me.

Has anyone tried rigging a Goya sail on a NP skinny mast?
How's it work? Question

I suggest that NP sails are loosing popularity because they do not work well on constant curve masts which is the mast type that most sail manufactures have moved to.

I recall Goya MASTS, the newer masts are made by NoLimitz, which are constant curve. MAY HAVE CHANGED NOW....

NP like a softer top mast.

I THINK that you will lose some sail potential with that combo.
The Goya will require a lot of down haul, and makes the leech too floppy
