Wondering what the parking sitty is at Candlestick. It was windy yesterday but no one on the water. Is it still open to sail? It was a great couple years without any sporting events. The "Car Clubz" appear to have put an end to the status quo.

What time were you there? There were about twelve - fifteen people out after I got there at 3:30pm. Sail sizes 3.2-4.5.

Legal parking along the fence to the right of the sign showing no parking to the left. Many still park to the left of the sign. Parking in the state park lot but they've been closing early this year at five o'clock. Some risk of them kicking you out or closing the gate. This year there's been an extra amount of sailors and also fishermen parking close to the launch so unless you get there early you can't be guaranteed at spot right in front. More side show guys this year.

Just a "HI", and good to hear from you, Vasco.
Are you still sailing Crissy on ebb days?
We used to play tennis together a lot in the late '70's.
I got old, haven't sailed Crissy in 6 year's now.
Just an old fart at Berkeley....and still playing tennis MWF.

Hi Vasco....
Good stuff. I heard Dexter was a gardener, haven't seen him since 1978.
I haven't been able to run since 2007, tore a couple of foot tendons, never had the surgery to reattach, and limp around fine on the courts.
Played Steve Lum a lot about 6 year's ago, when he was stringing in Berkeley.
I gotta bring g/f to Crissy on a weekend. We don't care if it's flood or ebb, rather have flood, because of all our Berkeley light wind slalom gear.
Newest is a Tabou Speedster 100, in the van a Futura 111, Magic118, SuperSport 109, Exocet SS 95, and some FSW's for higher wind.
G/f goes to Puerto Rico for 3 weeks on the 21st, so I hope to be able to sail or play tennis with you again for our once a decade tennis hit and windsurf.
