Progress is Being made:

It looks like I am able to take off more downwind, don't need as much ramp, and there is less cheese.

If anyone has any other suggestions I would be happy to hear them.

You made #3 just fine! It looks like you're just a hair off with the coordination of the jump and initiating the loop. It also looks like you're looping a pretty big board (~120 litres ), which slows things down a little. Just keep doing what you're doing; you're right on track.

All you need to do is remove the "Feet not in straps" title from #3, then you can claim it Smile. But seriously, that looks like nice progress, and #3 counts. I think they'll get cleaner if you keep doing them.
Only thing that comes to mind is trying to move the back hand back even further to get a bit more whip. But it's a bit hard to see how far your hand is back in the video; your grip seems quite wide already. Maybe you just need a little more wind!

Actually it is 100L board.

Re: reaching back more. I will try reaching back more but, but I feel like it is harder for me to move the rig forward if I reach a long way. Maybe this is just an excuse for not liking being so powered up when I unhook.

I would not worry about unhooking. You have enough to think about with trying to get the board to pop and coordinate that with initiating the forward. I almost always unhook automatically when I forward, but I never intentionally unhook, since it gives me more control with the sail. I think your rear hand position is OK, but it doesn’t hurt to move it back even more. You’re doing a really good job of getting the boom over your head after you pop the board and before you initiate: that’s sorta hard to do. Just gotta get numbers, since that board is plenty small enough to whip around.
No excuses! (like work….or family….or prior commitments)

Your back leg is extended instead of pulling right up under your butt after pop and imitation. If you did that I think the board would rotate much better.

Spin loop on flat water looks pretty hard a little better pop would also help.

Your doing the hard part already, %90 there great job!

you almost have it... just need to sheet in more/harder and possibly with more guidance (i'll explain it to you in person next time i see you). also pulling in with the back leg will help a little bit but most of it is in the rig flying.

#4 is fast tracking toward the grubby!
