Durability of the drop-stitched inflatables remain to be seen. From a bit of manufacturer inside info, actually rolling and unrolling the deflated boards tends to wear the internal strings after a while -especially if the deflated hull is at the bottom a a gear pile or bouncing around in the back of a truck.

I appreciate that different technologies exist, but most of the windsurf able inflatables are not using the highest tech, which is just fine for light and occasional use. Or maybe frequent paddling rather than the forces generated by planing and mast base pressure.
