Yes, OL was bigger, but they knew where to be and what to do.
D line had to improvise, stunt, loop, bull rush, use athletics, and improvise.
OL beat up on DLine in the 4th.
Patriots Dline rest for 3 quarter's, so could let loose in the 4th.

True, and the Pats also had a fumble, a pick and about 6 drops in the first half.

And the Niners new Head Coach made the worst play call in Super Bowl history..3 minutes to go , 2nd down from the 25, a 42 yard field puts them up 11. Run, run, run....NOT!, tries passing, gets sacked, then a hold , then a tie, then a loss....

Never should have got rid of Smith, CK is marginal at best.

And Mack was playing with a broken leg, got beat twice for losses in the second half. Only fools deny that there is some luck involved in competition at the highest level.

Luck is always a factor, but hard work, never giving up, and perseverance are what keep you in a position to benefit from a little luck. Most teams would have caved and called it a day at the start of the 4th down by 25pts.

Like Michael Phelps?

A physical freak, and one of the greatest ever. But he wasn't involved, except in relays, in a team game. Same goes for sprints. Usain Bolt is just the fastest. But that is not enough, you have to train hard.

Phelps is no freak! Check out his training regiment. He trains harder and is more disciplined than anyone in his sport. The amount he trains is freakish!

Check out his feet and arms. He is a monster trainer, and able to deal with pain. Getting ready to compete at the Olympic level again, and the level of pain he endured in his races is awesome. But his physique is essentially perfect for the task. Nobody comes close to him in single participant competition. Over the period of time, and fighting off age? Awesome--and a physical freak.

As usual, Matty can't handle the evidence. They aren't feet, they are flippers.
