I recently bought a used mast from them over the internet which was supposed to be in A- condition(near new).

The mast turned out to have quite a lot of use and the top piece was even splintering where it connects to the lower piece.

The right thing for them to do would be to send me an airbill or shipping acct. #, and refund my money. Their mistake, they should pay. Not the case, they said I could return it or exchange it but had to pay the shipping myself. Basically, I got ripped off.

Be very careful if you ever buy used equipment from them. Ask lots and lots of questions on the condition of the equipment, they are not honest in their ratings!

Have you called them and talked to Brian ... the owner? Id be very surprised if he doesnt do you right. Let us know what he does or doesnt do for you. Hes a hands-on manager and a good guy.

Thanks for the tip. I dont think I spoke with the owner when I initially called to complain, I spoke with some sales guy.

Ill call him and see what he has to say.

I snapped a mast (out of warranty) and Brian gave me a great deal on a new one - I was impressed.
