Hi all - two questions:
1/ Cabrillo beach and Seal beach seem to be great in summer - but I have noticed that there often seems to be good wind INLAND(!) eg. inland empire and north of Sepulveda pass - are there any good spots close to south bay when it is not blowing down at Cabrillo?
2/ Any suggestions for reasonable accomodations on Maui N. shore?
Thanks. |

lake isabella is a short 3 hour drive and is usually nuking.
for maui accomodations, look at:
http://windsurfari.com/
also try the windsurf rental shops, they are all hooked into accomodations:

I agree. One more maui shop to contact is Neil Pryde Maui. Each shop has a travel connection of some sort and, although many shops list the same places to stay, each shop seems to have special access to one, or another nice locations. Where to stay depends upon your budget, but Stable Road addresses have access to upper and lower Kanaha. Spreckelsville has its own launches (slightly less jet noise than stable road), and there are also a number of condos in Kehei. Have fun, its a wonderful place. |
