The Court was 6-3 against letting the original, broad ban be reinstated. They found, I think properly, that "an unadmitted and non-resident alien ... has no constitutional right of entry to this country"
The question of whether Trump's speeches and tweets will be admitted as evidence of intent remains to be determined. |

. what part of it is you do not understand, they decided to hear arguments on the case in October. IE no decision on the case yet... now there are some big words here... so I do not expect someone from the right to understand.

idiot when you control all branches of government and you have idiots in charge they can order investigations of anything they want... daaaa...
But what is important is trump is under investigation and a right winger is in charge of those investigations.
We need a completely independent council to be investigating run by a partisan pit bull liberal or the truth will never be known.
