- Positive firm contact
- Control through body core muscles, less arm fatigue
- No air space
- Can rotate slightly (just what's needed)
- Can be worn over rash guard, no sliding!
- No back pain

And I could go on and on... oh yes, I'm sailing mostly underpowered because well being powered it's just too easy Very Happy Laughing !

Just another one of these things that make us enjoy the sport so much!

Very nice Manuel. Which harness model is it? Is it windsurfing specific ?

You bet it is! Would never buy something not windsurfing related unless it's an inner tube Very Happy !

It's an ION Radium, I heard Mystic makes great harnesses too. Anyway, I would definitely try the pad. The one thing I noticed was that the bar stuck out a bit more because of it so lines may need to be run shorter.

My Mystic has gathered dust since the day after I bought it. Its webbing straps slipped almost out of the bar the minute it got wet. I fought that for a few reaches before solving the problem by tossing it in a box of old WSing gear in my den ... where it won't get wet.

As for gear not specifically for WSing ... I really like some kite footstraps and harnesses.
