And as much as it kills me to agree with isobars, on long portages to and from the water I will do two trips since I don`t mind running.

Always a balance between carrying 38 lbs once, or 19 lbs twice.
The distance, the path, booties or bare feet, and can you handle the unexpected gusts of wind on the way.

Manuel you should get a copy of Trictionary 3 and most every question
you are asking is covered in detail in the recent version and is vetted
by an International staff of expert Pro Windsurfers.
So many approaches and excersizes that allow and easy approach to doing
every move you can think of .

I was walking ashore on slippery rocks in major gusty winds, with both arms wrapped around my new board as though it were a baby or a $1,500 bottle of wine. I fell flat on my face on the board on the rocks, let out some very loud and highly offensive words, and looked up to see turrists Ma and Pa Midwestern praying for my salvation (or damnation?).



If ya can't stand the heat ...
