I want to sell some of my used sails, and wondered how people tend to ship them (including packing). Can a few of you who have done it give me some tips?
Thanks

Ive shiped and recevied wuit a few used sails, and recommend more or less rolling them in sheets of flattened cardboard boxes, overlapping. If you have it, wrap the sail on a tube, to prevent severe-enough crushing to cause creases. Also, always mark the outside TOP LOAD PLEASE and PLEASE DO NOT CRUSH (I always write PLEASE so as to not piss of oversensitive shiping guys.) Tell you what, buy my used Zeta 3.7 or North Katana 8.5 and I will ship it to you as an example. |
