It'll be good at White's but I strongly suggest you just head over to P-burgh. The swell runs a lot better at P-burgh basically right off the beach. There's great swell that you can get to from White's but you have to sail way upwind out between the islands. You can also jump both tacks at P-burgh. Big Port tack in the first 200 yards off the beach.

I'll be there in 10 (9:10) minutes and will reply with a report.

It's 4.0 and small board right now. Swell is decent. If it keeps blowing it will be awesome.

In case you are not familiar with getting here you can continue north along the lake on west shore road and it will dump you out on ferry road and the ferry access will be about a 1/4 mile on the left. Once across the ferry take the 2nd left on Cumberland Head Road and continue for about a mile and you will see the lake. Continue until you get to the straight away and you will see everybody parked on the side of the road.

Wear booties if you have them.

Sailed 6 hours on a 4.0 with the 69L Fanatic Newwave. Winds blew low 40s in gusts at the end. Awesome day!

Yeah what a great day! I was torn between Whites and NY, but ended up taking the ferry over to Plattsburgh and sailed the Rocks. Really fun, well powered 3.6, with fun little waves on the inside and big swell on the outside.

Here are a few photos that I took before heading out. Not sure who the sailors are, but there were some really good guys and gals out there! Quite the scene!

Hoping for more before the snow starts falling...

Monday and Tuesday should be great at The Rocks. Here's what I expect Tuesday:

That's my wife last year at "Les Roches" on a similar forecast. She was on a 2.9!
