There is no doubt about it, you guys are really worried about Rep. Adam Schiff.
Actually, I can see why, because Schiff is very focused, and he has his act together in politics, especially working against your foolish hero, Rep. Devin Nunes. Yet, Schiff is much bigger than that, and that's why you guys are so unnerved about him.
If the Democrats take back the House, watch out dudes, Republican heads will roll. I can hardly wait. |

The memo, addressed to Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein and FBI Director Christopher Wray, shows more about the FBI’s relationship to Christopher Steele, the ex-Brit spy whose name is attached to the now-infamous anti-Trump dossier.
One memorandum by Mr. Steele that was not published by Buzzfeed is dated October 19, 2016. The report alleges [redacted], as well as [redacted]. Mr. Steele’s memorandum states that his company ‘received his report from [redacted] US State Department,’ that the report was the second in a series, and that the report was information that came from a foreign sub-source who ‘is in touch with [redacted], a contact of [redacted], a friend of the Clintons, who passed it to [redacted].
“It is troubling enough that the Clinton Campaign funded Mr. Steele’s work, but these Clinton associates were contemporaneously feeding Mr. Steele allegations raises additional concerns about his credibility,” Grassley and Graham wrote. |

Rivaling Matty for village idiot status. Appears to not be aware that the Republicans just rammed through a re-authorization of FISA without the reforms--including but not limited to greater transparency--supported by Democrats.
Fair weather so-called conservatives like Bard give lip service to civil liberties when it is convenient. But they seem to be unaware of the application of those civil liberties as actually practiced. One of the reasons for some level of secrecy in investigations, whether by the FBI of Clinton, Trump, of Willie Brown, or the FISA courts, is that people make false accusations. They also make true accusations, but the FBI cannot find sufficient admissible evidence to support an indictment and probable conviction. In those cases, it is only fair to not let false or unsubstantiated claims damage someone's reputation. Of course right-wingers in the FBI violated that requirement to leak the investigation into Hillary's e-mails. |
