I don't know. I feel bad for the guy, he seems troubled and I don't think he has anything of substance to hide.
On a separate note, I'm curious what right wingers here think. The case apparently won't likely go anywhere but still, they're trying because of the Republican Gorsuch crime and the other Republican judges on the supreme court.
"The California Coastal Act for decades has scaled back mega-hotels, protected wetlands and, above all, declared that access to the beach was a fundamental right guaranteed to everyone.
But that very principle could be dismantled in the latest chapter of an all-out legal battle that began as a local dispute over a locked gate.
On one side, property owner and Silicon Valley billionaire Vinod Khosla wants Martins Beach, a secluded crescent-shaped stretch of sand and bluffs, to himself. On the other, generations of beachgoers demand continued access to a path long used by the public. The squabble has spurred a spate of lawsuits that now focus on whether Khosla needs state permission to gate off the road - and a string of California courts has said he does. ...
The Supreme Court will probably decide in the next three months whether to take up the case. Chances are slim: Of the thousands of appeals filed each year, only about 100 are granted review. But with conservative interpretations of property rights gaining prominence and President Trump's recent appointment of Justice Neil M. Gorsuch, having the right lawyer and a well-crafted argument might just be enough to win the four Supreme Court votes needed for the case to move forward, legal experts said."

Do you not see the correlation between the tariffs and the N Korean announcements today?
You're a genius. |

Really? China is NKs biggest trading partner, by far. China supports NK. Trump told Xi if Xi would help us, he'd be easier on tariffs. The day after tariffs are announced, Kim comes running to disarm. |

You horses rear end, China does not want all those desperate people running towards their borders when the shit hits the fan. Think about it, if you can!

Exactly. That's why this Morning the White House announced that Xi had called Trump to confirm he had spoken with Kim. The tariffs worked |

Only 2.4% of imported steel comes from China....10% from South Korea....
These tariffs don't hurt China, plus they cheat anyway by shipping through other channels.
Here's a little factoid for those that like facts. US steel output is higher now than the peak in 1985 when the industry employed its maximum numbers of US workers. I would rather just hand all the unemployed steel workers $100,000 cash than penalize all the industries in the US that will get hurt, in exchange for the 20 or 30 house seats Drumpf is trying to save. |
